Dont know why it's so highly rated
You have your own little apartment. You get airport pickup and drop off.
Hard to sleep as dogs keep barking throughout the night. Wifi is very poor as it's in the main house where the manager stays so you only get 1 bar of signal. Staff didn't really speak much to us they just gave us the key and walked off. Air con only in the bedroom not in any other room No hot water in the kitchen area. You pay a cleaning fee but there is cob webs in the apartment? TV didn't work the whole 7 days and the staff said they will call the cable company but never did.

Great stay!
The host helped us book our tours and arranged shuttle from and to the airport . They took us to the nearest restaurant to have our lunch when we first arrived , then picked us again later. The apartment was clean , quiet and secure. Good value for money. Enjoyed the breakfast, the omelet was nice.
The beds are a bit small yet comfy.

This Apartment was the best apartment we've stayed at in...
This Apartment was the best apartment we've stayed at in puerto princesa. It was comfortable and very clean. Although AC is only available in both rooms a decent Fan in the living room compensates for the AC and it's comfortable enough. Ate Rose and the staff were very accommodating to us they provided us with anything that we needed (not that we needed anything else). As a token of our appreciation we left her some chocolates which I hope they enjoyed! The apartment is very close to the big malls and super market (SM, NCCC) and other local bars and spa experiences. Getting there by local modes of transport is very cheap. Top notch
They had blackouts ever so often but because it's the only accomadation in the street with a generator electricity comes back on after 5 minutes or so; even less.
